We are a family owned and operated business in Everglades City, FL, with 3 generations working in the building at all times, and over 100 years combined of seafood knowledge and experience.
We are at least 5th generation Floridians from Punta Gorda to Marathon and the Keys, until we finally landed right here, in Everglades City. Because we are a family operation, we strive to sell the best and freshest product available.

Feel great about the crab you eat! We ensure that we treat each crab with care during the the claw removal process and their time aboard the boat. Our crabbers are experienced in making sure to remove the claw so as not to injure the Stone Crab itself, ensuring its survival and the sustainability of the crab population.
Stone crab claws regrow within a year, ensuring a sustainable resource for many years to come, allowing our family to continue catching for future generations!
